This peach overnight oats recipe is a healthy, plant-based breakfast packed with fiber and protein. Perfect for meal prepping and busy mornings!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Gluten-Free Oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Flax Seed
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Unflavored Protein Powder
  • 1 Peach, sliced
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon Walnuts, for topping


Instructions

  1. In a mason jar mix all ingredients together 
  2. Seal with lid and place in fridge overnight for 8 hours 
  3. Top with walnuts and fresh peaches and enjoy!
