- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Flax Seed
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 scoop Unflavored Protein Powder
- 1 Peach, sliced
- Optional: 1 tablespoon Walnuts, for topping
Instructions
- In a mason jar mix all ingredients together
- Seal with lid and place in fridge overnight for 8 hours
