This gluten-free chocolate chip banana bread is the perfect combination of moist, tender banana flavor and rich chocolatey goodness—all without any gluten! Made with simple gluten-free flour, ripe bananas, and a handful of pantry staples, this easy recipe is great for breakfast, snack time, or dessert.

- 2 cups Gluten-Free Flour
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- 3–4 ripe Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Liquid Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ⅓ cup Maple Syrup
- ¼ cup Almond Milk
- Optional: ½ cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (except for the chocolate chips). Set aside.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mash the bananas using a fork until smooth. Then, add the remaining wet ingredients and mix well.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Prepare: Spray and flour your loaf pans (I recommend using two smaller loaf pans), and pour the batter evenly into the pans.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Baking time may vary depending on your oven.
