Description

Crunchy, sweet, and perfectly spiced, this gluten-free cinnamon vanilla granola is your new go-to breakfast or snack! Made with wholesome oats, a hint of cinnamon, and a splash of vanilla, it’s deliciously addictive and easy to make. Enjoy it over yogurt, with milk, or as a snack straight from the jar for a cozy, flavorful treat!


Ingredients

  • 3 cups of Gluten-Free Oats
  • 1/3 cup of Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup of Liquid Coconut Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups of Pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325* F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. I use a roasting pan as I like having the handles to help shake around my granola at the halfway point!
  2. Mix, in a large bowl all the ingredients
  3. Spread onto a lined baking sheet and place in the oven
  4. Bake for 15 minutes
  5. Toss after and return to oven for a final 15 minutes
  6. Cool, then transfer granola to mason jars for storing
