- 3 cups of Gluten-Free Oats
- 1/3 cup of Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup of Liquid Coconut Oil
- 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 cups of Pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325* F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. I use a roasting pan as I like having the handles to help shake around my granola at the halfway point!
- Mix, in a large bowl all the ingredients
- Spread onto a lined baking sheet and place in the oven
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Toss after and return to oven for a final 15 minutes
- Cool, then transfer granola to mason jars for storing
