Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Granola

Description

Pumpkin spice and everything nice this granola takes no time at all to make, stores fresh for up to 4 weeks in a glass container and is delicious on just about anything you can think of!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups Gluten-free Oats
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Almond Pieces
  • 3 teaspoons Pumpkin Spice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F, while the oven preheats mix the oats, coconut oil, syrup, brown sugar, almonds and pumpkin spice together in a small bowl
  2. Line a small banking sheet with parchment, and spread the granola mixture on the pan evenly
  3. Place in the oven for 30 minutes, shaking the pan half way through for even baking
  4. Let cool and store in glass containers or enjoy immediately!
