Pumpkin spice and everything nice this granola takes no time at all to make, stores fresh for up to 4 weeks in a glass container and is delicious on just about anything you can think of!

- 3 cups Gluten-free Oats
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Almond Pieces
- 3 teaspoons Pumpkin Spice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F, while the oven preheats mix the oats, coconut oil, syrup, brown sugar, almonds and pumpkin spice together in a small bowl
- Line a small banking sheet with parchment, and spread the granola mixture on the pan evenly
- Place in the oven for 30 minutes, shaking the pan half way through for even baking
- Let cool and store in glass containers or enjoy immediately!
