Description

Make these healthy Maple Roasted Carrots with a sweet maple glaze and rosemary, an easy side dish for any meal or holiday gathering


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag Rainbow Carrots
  • 2 tablespoons  Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt & Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F
  2. Wash, peel and cut off the ends of the carrots
  3. In a small bowl make the maple mixture by mixing together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, salt, pepper and oregano
  4. In a square baking dish oil and then lay carrots evenly along the bottom
  5. Evenly pour the maple mixture over your carrots, sprinkle the brown sugar on top, cover with foil and place in the oven
  6. Cook for 50 minutes, check doneness with a fork, the carrots should be soft
  7. Enjoy!
