For the Cinnamon Maple Vinaigrette

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the quinoa according to package instructions, then allow it to cool completely.
