Description

White Chocolate Pretzel & Peanut Stacks – a festive, gluten-free snack perfect for holiday gatherings or New Year’s parties!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz bag of gluten-free pretzel sticks
  • 8 oz can of cocktail peanuts
  • 1 bag of  white chocolate chips, melted


Instructions

  1. Create pretzel pieces: In a large bowl snap the pretzel sticks in half to create smaller pieces.
  2. Mix in peanuts: In the same bowl add in the cocktail peanuts and mix together.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips: In a small saucepan over medium heat, slowly melt the white chocolate.
  4. Mix together: Once the chocolate is melted pour over the pretzel and peanuts in a large bowl, mix until well combined.
  5. Scoop: On a large sheet of parchment paper, using a medium size spoon scoop stacks of pretzel and peanut mixture and let it harden for 20 minutes.
