A delicious salad perfect for those winter months when you’re looking to boost your immune system with key antioxidants! 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Cups of Spinach 
  • 1 cup of Warm Grains (Rice or Quinoa) 
  • 1/4 cup of Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1/4 cup of Blueberries 
  • 1/4 cup of Cucumbers or Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • 5 Mozzarella Pearls 
  • 2 tablespoons of Balsamic Glaze
  •  


Instructions

    1. Cook your warm grains, allowing time if you’re doing it from scratch or make it quick with those lovely 90 second microwave options!

    1. Wash and dry your spinach, place in a large salad bowl

    1. Prepare your produce of choice by washing and chopping as needed

    1. Top with your favorite dressing and enjoy!
