Description

The perfect quick weeknight dinner or easy appetizer. Using chicken wings from US Wellness Meats  helps create juicy, flavorful wings that crisp up beautifully in the air fryer. They’re delicious dry rubbed or served with True Made Foods Pit Master BBQ Sauce for dipping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lb Pasture-raised Chicken Wings - US Wellness Meats
  • 1 Tbsp Date Sugar with Monk Fruit - Lakanto
  • 1 Tbsp ARGILOS III RIPE Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml) - Argilos
  • 2 Tbsp Pitmaster Original (Kansas City-Style) BBQ Sauce - True Made Foods, optional dipping
  • 1 tsp Meat & Potatoes Seasoning - Primal Palate
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F for 5 minutes
  2. Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels
  3. Add wings to a large mixing bowl
  4. Toss with olive oil, Primal Palate seasoning, Lakanto Date Sugar with Monk Fruit, and baking powder until evenly coated
  5. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket
  6. Cook for 15 minutes total
  7. Shake the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness
  8. Remove wings once crispy and fully cooked
  9. Serve immediately dry rubbed or with True Made Foods Pit Master BBQ Sauce for dipping
