- 3 Roma Tomatoes
- 2 Cucumbers
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 Green Bell Peppers
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Oregano
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1 handful chopped Herbs (Basil, Mint Parsley)
- Optional: 1 tablespoon Capers
- Optional: 1/3 cup Chopped Olives
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients based on what you like! Start by chopping your tomato, cucumber, onion and bell pepper
- Toss vegetables in olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano in a bowl, add herbs, capers and/or olives if you choose and enjoy!
