  • 3 Roma Tomatoes
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 2 Green Bell Peppers
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1 handful chopped Herbs (Basil, Mint Parsley)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon Capers
  • Optional: 1/3 cup Chopped Olives


Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients based on what you like! Start by chopping your tomato, cucumber, onion and bell pepper
  2. Toss vegetables in olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano in a bowl, add herbs, capers and/or olives if you choose and enjoy!
