Whether you’re prepping for a cozy fall meal or looking for the perfect side dish for your Thanksgiving table, this recipe delivers on taste and nutrition.
This recipe was inspired by the weather beginning to cool and a need to use the many white potatoes I over purchased. I like mashed potatoes but am not a big plain potato and gravy gal. I like garlic so I thought why not try to make some mashed potatoes using my new favorite kitchen staple Roasted Garlic Tahini from Sprouts.

For these vegan garlic mashed potatoes, you’ll need: tahini, garlic, Yukon gold potatoes, olive oil, and a little salt and pepper. These ingredients come together to create a smooth, creamy dish you’ll love.
