Ingredients

  • 3 cups Gluten-Free Oats
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Almond Pieces
  • 3 teaspoons Pumpkin Spice

Method

  • 1)

    Preheat the oven to 300 F, while the oven preheats mix the oats, coconut oil, syrup, brown sugar, almonds and pumpkin spice together in a small bowl

    Line a small banking sheet with parchment, and spread the granola mixture on the pan evenly

  • 3)

    Place in the oven for 30 minutes, shaking the pan half way through for even baking
