Ingredients
Overnight Oats Base
- 1/2 cup Quick or Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Flax Seed
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 scoop Unflavored Protein Powder , 32 grams
Pumpkin Variation
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Butter
- 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Spice
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
Method

In a glass jar mix together the oats, milk, chia seeds, flax seeds, protein powder and cinnamon.

Place sealed in refrigerator overnight or for at least 8 hours.
