Description

This quick and easy BBQ White Beans & Summer Squash is packed with smoky flavor and simple wholesome ingredients. Made with True Made Foods Pit Master BBQ Sauce, this one-pan recipe combines tender white beans, zucchini, and yellow squash for a fast plant-forward side dish or light meal that’s ready in about 15 minutes. Perfect for busy weeknights, summer dinners, or easy meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups White Beans, canned, pre-cooked
  • 1 whole Yellow Squash, diced into quarters
  • 1 whole Zucchini, diced into quarters
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Meat & Potatoes Seasoning - Primal Palate

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the white beans.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Dice the zucchini and yellow squash into quartered pieces.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine white beans, zucchini, squash, BBQ sauce, and seasoning.
  5. Add the mixture to the skillet and cover.
  6. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir and continue cooking over medium-high heat for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  8. Serve warm.
