Not only are these pumpkin pie overnight oats super easy to make, but they’re also packed with fiber and protein thanks to oats, chia seeds, and a touch of plant-based protein powder.

Ingredients you’ll need
This easy fall breakfast can come together quickly but you’ll need a few ingredients on hand.
- Oats
- Almond Milk
- Chia Seeds
- Flax Seed
- Unflavored Protein Powder, I love Orgain for this!
- Maple Syrup
- Cinnamon
- Pumpkin Spice
- Pumpkin Butter, as mentioned above you can make your own or store bought will work just fine.
Step by Step
- In a glass jar or bowl combine your oats, pumpkin butter, flax seeds, protein powder, chia seeds, almond milk and maple syrup.
- Stir or shake to combine and store in the fridge overnight
- Top with walnuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon, enjoy on the go!
