- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Butter, Melted
- 1/2 cup Black Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Salted Caramel Chips

Preheat your cauldron (oven) to 350* F and spray or line with parchment paper an 8×8 square pan.

Melt your butter in a saucepan or the microwave and let cool for a few minutes.
