  • 2 cups Shredded Cruciferous Vegetables, Trader Joes has a great pre-packaged option!
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Glaze , I use the Balsamic Glaze from Trader Joe's you can use Balsamic Vinaigrette for a lighter dressing
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds, Optional Add-On
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries , Optional Add-On
  • 4 strips Real Good Food Chicken Strips , Optional Add-On
