Ingredients
- 2 Avocado
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
- Onion, diced
- 1 Lime, juiced but can use bottled
- 1 handful Cilantro, chopped
- Salt & Pepper, to taste

Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium-sized bowl.

Mash the Avocado: Use a fork to mash the avocados until they reach your desired consistency. Some prefer chunky guacamole, while others like it smoother.

Add the remaining Ingredients: Stir in the diced onion, chopped cherry tomatoes, lime juice, salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro. Mix well to combine all the flavors.
