Ingredients

  • 2 Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
  • Onion, diced
  • 1 Lime, juiced but can use bottled
  • 1 handful Cilantro, chopped
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Method

  • 1)

Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium-sized bowl.

  • 2)

Mash the Avocado: Use a fork to mash the avocados until they reach your desired consistency. Some prefer chunky guacamole, while others like it smoother.

  • 3)

Add the remaining Ingredients: Stir in the diced onion, chopped cherry tomatoes, lime juice, salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro. Mix well to combine all the flavors.

  • 4)

Adjust seasoning: Taste the guacamole and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add more salt, pepper, or lime juice to suit your preferences.

  • 5)

Serve and Enjoy: Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl and serve immediately with Siete Avocado Oil Chips for a delicious snack, or use it to top your favorite taco recipe. You can also spread it on sandwiches for a burst of flavor!
