  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cucumber , peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup blueberries , fresh or frozen work great!
  • 1/2 cup pineapple , fresh or frozen work great!
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt , you can use flavored but watch out for sugar contents
  • 1 cup milk , I use almond milk but pick your favorite!
