Enjoy the refreshing taste of summer with our Mint Lemonade recipe. Made with fresh lemons and mint simple syrup, it's the perfect drink for any gathering. Try it with sparkling water for an extra fizz!
Ingredients
Mint Simple Syrup
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Fresh Mint
Mint Lemonade
- 1 cup Lemon Juice , ~5 lemons
- 2.5 cups Water
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Mint Simple Syrup
Method

Make your mint simple syrup by combining the sugar and water in a pot on the stove bringing it to a boil until the sugar dissolve. Turn the heat down to a simmer and then add the mint leaves and cook for 10 minutes. Let it cool, use and store extra in a mason jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!

Once the mint syrup is ready prepare the lemonade. The best part about lemonade is you can adjust the ratios to your liking, if you like it sweeter add more sugar, more tart more lemons!

Juice ~5 lemons to get 1 cup of lemon juice

Combine lemon juice with water, sugar and mint syrup. Serve over ice and enjoy!
