Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Eggs , cooked to your liking
- 3 tbs Salsa, mix in your favorite with the eggs, more or less depending on preference!
- 1 slice bread , I recommend sourdough or sprouted bread for added gut benefits!
Method

Prepare Avocado: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork until smooth and creamy.

Toast Bread: Toast your choice of bread until golden brown and crispy.

Spread Avocado: Spread a generous amount of mashed avocado onto each slice of toast.

Cook your Eggs: Over-easy, scrambled however you like. I like to mix in just a little bit of salsa with my eggs as well for added flavor.
