This winter spinach salad is my new favorite. You can easily create your own masterpiece by adjusting the toppings, adding a protein or changing the dressing.

- 2 cups spinach
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup cucumber
- 5 pearls mozzarella
- 2 tbs balsamic glaze

Add spinach to a medium/large bowl and repare all of your toppings of choice. Combine, add your dressing and toss!
