Instructions

Instructions

  • 1)

Mix together the sugar, cocoa powder, oil, eggs, and vanilla.

  • 2)

Add in flour, batter should be creamy and smooth

  • 3)

Refrigerate for 3 hours, don’t forget to set a timer you don’t want to wait for these cookies!

  • 4)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

  • 5)

Using a cookie scoop or spoon ball up the dough and lay on the tray.

  • 6)

Place powder sugar into a bowl and roll each doughball to cover in “snow”. This is a perfect step for kids to assist as it is quite fun!

  • 7)

Bake for 10-12 minutes, if at a high altitude I recommend 14 minutes. Let cookies rest for 5 minutes and then move to allow for cooling and enjoy!
