Gluten-Free Snowcap Cookies
What’s more festive than a dusting of powdered sugar over soft, chocolatey cookies that melt in your mouth? These Snowcap Cookies make the perfect gluten-free holiday treat with a cozy, wintery vibe. Roll them in powdered sugar before baking for that snowy touch—they’ll be a hit alongside other seasonal favorites like Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Bread and Gluten-Free Oatmeal Chai Cookies. And if you’re planning to fill your dessert tray, try adding Cranberry Oatmeal Bars for a burst of holiday color and flavor!
Whether you’re building a cookie platter for family or gifting homemade treats, these cookies are sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Bonus: they’re also a great activity to make with kids, especially the part where you roll the dough balls in powdered sugar “snow!”
