Halloween tradition with Terry’s Chocolate Oranges

Growing up, we spent a lot of time with my grandparents, and every so often on Halloween, my grandma would give us Terry’s Milk Chocolate Oranges. As a chocolate-obsessed kid, I would devour them instantly! Those moments are special memories for me, and now that my grandma has been gone for a while, it’s nice to revisit those times through flavors that remind me of her.

When I first took a bite of these orange chocolate protein donuts, I was immediately transported back to my grandparents living room with my grandma. The flavor is just like the candy treat I loved as a kid, but now I can enjoy it knowing it’s a healthier choice. The unflavored protein powder and reduced sugar make these donuts better for me, and perfect for fueling my day without the sugar crash.

Since I’ve moved away from eating meat, I’ve had to get creative with how I incorporate protein into my diet, and baking with unflavored protein powder has become one of my favorite ways to do that. These donuts not only bring back fond memories but also help me stay on track with my nutrition goals.
