The Softest Gluten-Free Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon rolls have been a staple for holiday brunch in my family but the last few years I have had to sit out as I have come to find I feel much better when not consuming gluten. I have sat by the wayside, taking in the sweet smell of warm cinnamon as everyone indulged.

This year I decided I was going to find a recipe and attempt to be able to enjoy the same nostalgia I once experienced as a child. I didn’t have high hopes as with any gluten-free baking it often takes trial and error but much to my delight King Arthur Baking knocked it out of the park!

I used this recipe: The Softest Gluten-Free Cinnamon Rolls along with their Gluten-Free Bread flour

I have now made two batches and plan to make another for New Years! This is probably my new favorite recipe and I am more excited than ever to try out new things with their bread flour which I could tell was going to be a great base for lots of other nostalgic bread items I have missed for many years!
