Gather ‘round, holiday fans! This Polar Express Inspired Protein Hot Cocoa Dip brings all the magic of Christmas with a little nutritious twist. Imagine cozying up for a holiday movie marathon (Polar Express, anyone?), with a creamy, chocolatey dip that’s just as good for you as it is indulgent. Made with protein-packed chickpeas, rich chocolate protein powder, and a little almond milk, this dip tastes just like a cup of hot cocoa but in snackable form.

Perfect for sharing with loved ones (or devouring on your own – no judgment here), this dip is an easy, healthy treat to bring some Christmas magic to your winter snacks.

Why I Love This Recipe

Christmas is my favorite time of year, so I’m always on the hunt for ways to create little traditions I’ll look forward to year after year. This dip was inspired by cozy movie nights watching The Polar Express and a love for all things chocolate! I wanted a treat that would feel indulgent yet balanced, something you can enjoy with both strawberries and graham crackers for a little holiday twist. I know this will be one of those recipes that makes it to the holiday table every year!

It’s a perfect snack to enjoy during holiday movie nights or even post-workout (because hey, balance!). Tips for the Perfect Polar Express Protein Dip

  • Consistency: If your dip is too thick, simply add more almond milk a teaspoon at a time until you get that dreamy, dippable texture.
  • Make It Festive: For an extra holiday flair, sprinkle a little crushed peppermint or mini marshmallows on top before serving.
