- 3 Roma Tomatos
- 2 Cucumbers
- 1 Onion
- 2 Green Bell Pepper
- 3 TBS Olive Oil
- 1 TBS Oregano
- To Taste Salt & Pepper
- 1 handful Chopped Fresh Herbs , Basil, Mint, Parsley
- 1 TBS Capers (Optional)
- 1/3 cup Chopped Olives (Optional)
