Ingredients

  • 3 Roma Tomatos
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Green Bell Pepper
  • 3 TBS Olive Oil
  • 1 TBS Oregano
  • To Taste Salt & Pepper
  • 1 handful Chopped Fresh Herbs , Basil, Mint, Parsley
  • 1 TBS Capers (Optional)
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Olives (Optional)

Method

    Gather all ingredients based on what you like! Start by chopping your tomato, cucumber, onion and bell pepper

    Toss vegetables in olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano in a bowl, add herbs, capers and/or olives if you choose and enjoy!
