Enjoy the taste of summer with this Summer Berry Salad. Packed with juicy blueberries, sweet strawberries, tangy lime juice, and fresh mint.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Diced Strawberries
  • 2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves, chopped
  • 1-2 tbs Lime Juice

Method

  • 1)

    Wash blueberries, strawberries and mint leaves.

  • 2)

    Chop strawberries and pat mint leaves dry, tear or chop mint

  • 3)

    Mix all fruit and mint in a bowl with lime juice and serve in your container of choice!
